TITLE: System Administrator
LOCATION: Bentonville AR

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the installation and maintenance of the company's server infrastructure systems by installing and patching operating systems and application software according to established guidelines.
- Correct hardware/software failures by working with appropriate vendors and site contacts during and outside business hours as necessary.
- Builds and installs server hardware according to architectural standards.
- Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact on the viability of the organization.
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent related work experience
Qualifications:
- - Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience with data center support.
- - Knowledge of management of user accounts and password resets on Active Directory or similar systems.
- - Excellent and prompt communication skills with management and supported vendors and partners.
- - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, ability to work through sessions with vendors or partners.
- - Knowledge of SFTP/FTP, user authentication/authorization protocols.
- - Familiarity with Jira or similar task/ticket management systems.
Expertise in:
- - Linux File Systems
- - File System Hierarchy
- - Managing Root/Super User
- - Bash Command and SHELL scripting
- - Handling File, Directories and User
- - Installing the necessary systems and security tools and managing vulnerabilities
- - Maintain all internet requests inclusive to DNS, RADIUS, Apache, MySQL, PHP.
- - Taking regular back up of data
- - Analyzing all error logs and fixing along with providing excellent customer support for Webhosting, ISP
- - Enhance, maintain, and creating the tools for the Linux environment and its users
- - Detecting and solving the service problems ranging from disaster recovery to login problems
- - Installing the necessary systems and security tools and managing vulnerabilities
- - CI/CD tools knowledge is must (Jenkins/github/chef)
Must have:
- - Heavily worked on SOX and IT compliance audit in the previous role
- - Azure certified
- - Communicating with the staff, vendors, and customers in a cultivated, professional manner at all times has to be one of his characteristics
- - Exprrtise in Windows will be a plus
