Help Desk - Systems Tech ( windows)

One of our direct client is urgently looking for Help Desk for our Direct client requirement
TITLE: Help Desk - Systems Tech ( Windows)
LOCATION: Dallas Fort Worth, TX
DURATION: 12+ Months
* This role is primarily to support windows 10 based environment

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a technical support role
  • 3+ years supporting Windows Software and hardware, particularly Windows 10 based environment
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Supporting Hardware issues of PC like Motherboard, Keyboard, Monitor etc
  • Experience supporting Cisco VPN connect, General networking knowledge
  • ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Experience supporting meeting software like Zoom, Slack software 
  • Familiarity with Networking HW, LAN and Wi-Fi, DNS, Proxy and
  • Knowledge of  Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP users and groups

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Respond to incidents and technical service requests as they arise
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers and
  • productivity software
  • Diagnose hardware issues, order parts and replace faulty
  • components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and hardware
  • compatibility
  • Track issues and solutions using ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Take ownership of tickets and communicate progress with customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support requests
  • Create and manage user and computer accounts using Microsoft
  • Active Directory
