Help Desk - Systems Tech

One of our direct client is urgently looking for Help Desk for our Direct client requirement
TITLE: HelpDesk - System Tech
LOCATION: Saint Petersburg, FL
DURATION: 6 Months
Position duties:
  • You will work in conjunction with the internal IT department to provide end-user support.
  • Imaging mac and Windows computers using JAMF and SCCM imaging technologies
  • Hardware troubleshooting of mac and Windows computers
  • Install software on computers and maintain software patches/updates
  • Basic Google Apps support
  • Basic Microsoft Office application support
  • Support office printers (load paper, change toner cartridges, place service calls to maintenance vendor)
  • Basic support for in-office A/V systems in conference rooms
  • Basic support for Zoom video conferencing technologies (computer based and via conference room A/V systems)
  • Reset Active Directory passwords for users
  • Provide remote-hands assistance to system and network engineers for in-office infrastructure requiring troubleshooting or maintenance
  • Light support for Android and ios mobile devices (connect to email, assist with app installation, etc...)
  • Remote support utilizing various remote support tools (Zoom, Bomgar, Remote Desktop, etc...)

Position Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 Lbs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow directions
  • Participate in regular team meetings with internal IT department
  • Ability to occasionally work nights/weekends
  • Background in Information Technology and at least 2 years of end-user support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in hardware and Operating system support of both MAc and Windows laptop computers
