TITLE: Sr. Technical Recruiter ( contract )
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA
DURATION: 6+ Months
Compensation: Competitive ( DOE )

Client is looking for a strong Contract Technical Recruiter to for our expanding hiring needs. We’re a close-knit group, and we collaborate to deliver the best results possible for both our candidates and the business groups we support.
As a full lifecycle Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of technical positions. The Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support to one or more organizations. The Tech Recruiter will develop effective staffing strategies for current and future needs and implement a variety of sourcing avenues to ensure a qualified and diverse candidate pool.  This position will regularly interface and exchange information with all levels of management to gain a thorough understanding of their business requirement needs.

  • 8-10+ years’ experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven recruiting experience implementing a wide range of recruiting programs in a corporate or agency setting with preferred experience in high tech and fast paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient level using MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build strong relationships and handle customer relationship management.
  • Provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a team environment
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and self-directed and possess high energy
  • Knowledge of local employment laws is a plus
  • As a consultant to the business, you will build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, networking and Internet postings.
  • Ensure hiring manager and interview team preparedness during the interview process so that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify, screen, interview, evaluate qualify candidates for IT positions
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Format resumes meeting client expectations
  • Research new technologies
  • Create detailed job descriptions
  • Follow up with candidates and status update provided to Client group
