We have following urgent need with our DIRECT client

Title - Sr. Product Manager (eCommerce )
Duration - 6+ months

Client Notes
- Looking for strong hands on product management experience
- Will be creating road maps/ user and work flows and writing stories from scratch 
- Looking for some technical experience in their background – a Computer Science. or engineering background that has moved into product management
- Ecommerce and/ or Retail experience is desired 
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to sudden work flow changes (adaptable) – strong learning ability 
- International experience and/or Spanish background would be a plus 
- Flexibility in work hours would be needed 
- Any tracking tool experience would be sufficient 
- Good communications skills needed/ will be collaborating with different leads and stakeholders 
- Local candidates and not looking for someone “has left every job in one year”

We need a visionary, data-driven, and dynamic product leader who is able to handle uncertainties has a wider perspective and is good at connecting the dots. 

  • Lead requirement specifications 
  • Drive product discovery, research process for large, complex projects 
  • Work with executives and stakeholders, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to take Item Catalog products to the next level 
  • Define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues 
  • Partner very closely with engineering teams on product design, development, and deployment in a fast-paced, agile environment 
  • Ensure we are building globally usable, scalable software 
  • Focus on KPIs and data-based decision making 
  • Communicate the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization 
  • Serve as a thought leader within the team and the broader enterprise 
  • Promotes and supports the mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity 
Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles 
  • Experience in delivering enterprise software products in the areas of e-commerce, retail, or supply chain 
  • MBA or advanced technical degree with an undergrad in computer science, information systems, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles 
  • Passionate about Retail 
  • A doer who can champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of corporate goals and objectives, but can also roll up your sleeves to get deep in the weeds to help the team get the job done 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus, manage tradeoffs and deliver with multiple stakeholders 
  • A sense of ownership, eye for detail, and a passion to play a key role in defining the destiny of product 
  • Flexible, adaptive, and comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Customer-centric, and metrics and data-driven 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong team player, collaborative approach to achieving results

Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
