We have following urgent role with our DIRECT client
Title: HelpDesk Analyst / Systems Tech
LOCATION: San Bruno, CA
DURATION: 6+ months
Compensation: Competitive ( DOE )
* This position includes phone and user support for IT Helpdesk / Support
- At least 3 years of Windows/Mac support in an enterprise environment
- Proficient in supporting Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Cisco VPN, WebEx.
- Linux knowledge is a plus
- Jamf /Casper knowledge is a plus
- Must be proficient to support end users on the phone
- Good communication skills and great customer service
- Additional tasks assigned by manager
-knowledge on JAMF (Apple device management system)
Employee Referral Program:
We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
