Title:  Product Analyst - Customer Experience (Voice of customer)
LOCATION: San Bruno, CA
DURATION: 6+ months

About the job
 
 As a Product Analyst your primary responsibility is to gather, review, and analyze data to provide answers to business questions that will drive decisions around improving Customer Experience.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data from internal sources to provide strategic and actionable insights
  • Conduct exploratory data analyses to generate hypotheses and identify patterns
  • Conduct detailed root-cause analyses and data-mining around customer issues and VOC
  •  Provide actionable insights and innovative business recommendations to product managers to influence strategy and performance of client products
  • Drive resolution and prioritization of ad-hoc requests across cross-functional partners
  • Triage, investigate and remediate customer impacting issues
  • Act as a liaison between customer care, engineering and product teams by prioritizing production issues, communicating business impact, and providing status updates to stakeholders
 
 Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience (business analyst, customer experience, product manager)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Excellent Powerpoint, data visualization and data story telling a must
  • Strong SQL skills (Teradata and Hadoop a plus)
  • Knowledge of NPS and CES principles and methods
  •  Experience with Tableau or similar BI platform to develop reports/dashboards (R, Python, HIVE a plus)
  • Tealeaf experience (Omniture, A/B testing tools a plus)
  • Strong pProduct Analyst, Customer Experience (Voice of customer)


Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
