We have following urgent role with our  DIRECT client

Title:  Program Manager 
DURATION: 6+ months 
Compensation: Competitive ( DOE )

We’re solution seekers and innovators inspired by a commitment to provide small businesses and members increased access and greater value. Client  has an incredibly challenging and unique problem to solve at client: How do we allow customers to effortlessly buy what they need both in clubs and online? We’re at the heart of tackling integration of the largest network of physical cubs to getting online. We need you, a Program Manager, to work across engineering and product groups in eCommerce, Clubs, Merchandising, Analytics, and Supply Chain to bring revolutionary market solutions to our omni-channel business. Our team has regular exposure to Executive Leadership within both Clubs and eCommerce, given the critical priority of our products and programs.
Qualifications for this position:
  • 6+ years in Project Management, Engineering, Product Management, Consulting, or Business Analytics; MBA or MS Preferred
  • 3+ years of proven track record in retail or eCommerce
  • Proven track record of leading top priority programs with a high level of complexity
  • History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Developed and implemented business and product strategies
  • Comfortable presenting to Senior Executives; excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Technically Fluent: You easily understand deeply technical system and process flows and are able to simplify complex technical concepts.

Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
