We have following urgent role with our  DIRECT client

Title:   Sr. AEM developer ( with Java)
LOCATION: Bentonville, AR
DURATION: 6+ months 
Compensation: Competitive ( DOE )

This position is  for AEM development - Adobe Enterprise Manager
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) provides an easy-to-use solution to create, manage, publish, and update complex digital forms while integrating with back-end processes, business rules, and data.
Client  is migrating to AEM and Moodle (open source learning management system) 

Required Skills and Experience
  • Few years of Java coding experience. Good understanding OOPS language and coding practices
  • 4+ years of AEM development experience
  •  is open to either backend or frontend development background/ ideal this person will be working on their UI (frontend AEM) 
  •  any AEM development certifications would be a plus.
  •  Part of the People Tech group/ focus on creating an ecosystem for various learning products (training content, testing content, systems, tools etc) 
  • Experience with any other CMS is plus, but not needed

Job description:
  • Designs, develops, and implements web-based AEM / Java applications to support business requirements.
  • Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • A degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.


Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
