We have following urgent role with our  DIRECT client

Title: Manager / Sr Analyst ( Site Reliability / Availability )
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA
DURATION: 6+ months 
Compensation: Competitive ( DOE )
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study and 5 years in eCommerce with at least 3 years in Problem
Management/ Site Reliability/ Site Availability role


Preferred
  • 5 years experience  eCommerce Application experience
  • 5 years experience with Jira/ ServiceNow/ Remedy
  • 5 years experience in an Agile development environment.
  • 5 years experience in Problem Management
  • Knowledge of the ITIL Framework is required
  • 3 years of experience in BI Reporting for incidents and problem tickets
  • 5 years of Incident/Change management experience
  • 5 Years of Problem management experience
  • Tools Knowledge of tools that support ITIL / ITSM processes such as Service-Now
  • 3 years experience in Quality Assurance and Reporting experience
  • Hands on Experience with Tableau
  • Hands on Experience with Splunk, tealeaf and Omniture
  • Understanding eCommerce Customer


Responsibilities

Interacts and communicates with cross-functional teams across the organization to diagnose causes of incidents,
determining the repair items and ensuring short and long-term resolutions are implemented ensuring quality and in-depth
root cause reviews occur.   

Developing, assigning, and tracking actions to appropriate parties as part of the root cause
review.
  Interface with other site production management work streams (Incident and Change) to highlight problems and
initiate remediation activities.Work to reduce the adverse impact of incidents within the organization; while preventing the re occurrence of incidents.
Possesses a strong knowledge of the areas in which potential problems may arise. 

Effectively communicate awareness, issues, trends, and status to the company stakeholders and leaders
  • Determine the availability, financial and customer impact for all the site impacting incidents
  • Critical reporting for Site availability and financial metrics for all Markets
  • Create and continuously improve KPI(s) for Performance Reporting
  • Create SLA awareness and actively promote effective problem management
  • Regular cadence meetings with Market leads to share critical performance metrics


Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
