We have following urgent role with our  DIRECT client​

Title: Java Engineer - Full-stack (back-end and front-end) 
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: Market

Required Skills    
• 8+ years of experience in application development involving all phases of SDLC
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Experience with ecommerce applications/platforms
• Proficient in backend technologies like Java, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JUnit, object-oriented programming, REST web services, design patterns
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies like Drupal, AngularJS, JavaScript, JSP
• Working experience with MuleSoft ESB (Latest Community Edition) applications
• Familiar with security/encryption protocols and networking concepts
• Experience with large distributed architecture applications involving SAP, Salesforce, Hadoop, and other systems
• Knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL queries, NoSQL
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based applications in AWS
• Motivation towards CI-CD
• Knowledge of micro services, Docker is a plus
• Knowledge of application server configurations, memory/connection management
• Demonstrated negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication
 Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

Duties
• Lead requirements analysis, design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reliable software applications that operate 24x7
• Hands-on participation in coding, maintenance of software applications related to TiVo.com website and integrating with ERP and CRM
• Manage team’s projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with technical expertise
• Review code and mentor team members on engineering best practices, coding standards
• Represent team during cross functional feature implementation/process discussions
• Lead troubleshooting during production escalations. Be available for On-Call rotations
• Maintain documentation of all applications, changes
• Identify and adapt new technologies to help with strategic improvements of quality, productivity
• Must be able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives


Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
