Important Notes
  • 3rd parties or contract CORPORATE RECRUITERS, PLEASE, DON'T APPLY. We are not looking for that. 

    * MUST: 2+ years TECHNICAL RECRUITING experience in "software consulting and IT industry
    * MUST: At least some experience with  End-to-End Requirement handling and Candidate marketing
    * Working independently without lot of supervision is expected in this job
    * Working with job boards like Monster, DICE, Hotjobs, etc.
    * Good communication skills (written and spoken)  -- MUST
    * Very good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Email management, Web) -- MUST
    * MARKETING/Account management experience in IT consulting area is strongly desired
    * Be able to meet monthly quota, be organized, handle multiple tasks
    * Sourcing candidates, Screening ( Initial and Technical )  and interviewing them: full life cycle recruiting
    * Coordination with direct client or Vendor/Suppliers
    * Conduct searches on existing candidate databases, as well as outside databases.
    * Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals.
    * Develop new ideas to create sourcing strategies.
    * Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, Internet searches and research.

Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
