We have following urgent role with our  DIRECT client

Title: Sr. IT Help Desk Analyst 
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA
DURATION: 6+ months
Compensation: Competitive ( DOE )

  • This is an in-person support position for internal Client's employees.
  • Will get about 10-20 new tickets a day.
  • Do not really need to answer calls as  Client has internal phone support team.
  • This person will need to make outbound calls if need to follow up on ticket.

Must Have:
  • Support Mac  operating systems, Outlook email, and application related issues
  • Experience supporting Mac is must
  • At least 2 years of enterprise support experience
  • General Windows support knowledge
  • Need excellent customer service 
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

-knowledge on JAMF (Apple device management system)


Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
