Title: Sr. Sales Operations Analyst (SFDC)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

Duties: This position will be responsible for the maintenance and innovation of all client's sales operations systems (SFDC, Anaplan, etc) in support of all sales finance initiatives.
We're looking for an experienced sales operations/finance professionals with the following must-have qualities:

Candidates must have the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new strategies, products and requests.  This role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments including sales, fields operations, marketing, operations, finance, product, and IT to support the rollout and continued optimization of sales operation functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the functional business-side expert on all sales operations systems and data platforms (including Salesforce and Anaplan)
  • Project management: Regular collaboration with IT teams to ensure that all technical projects are progressing according to spec and within prescribed time
  • Serves as a front-line interface to users with technical issues
  • Regular system audits to ensure internal alignment with developing technology
  • Ongoing research of best-in-class sales operations and reporting tools with corresponding recommendations
  • Lead requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for all amendments/alteration to the sales ops tech stack.
  • Play an active role in the entire SDLC – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations support.
  • Implement new changes and updates to all Sales Ops systems, including SFDC & Anaplan (application configuration, new functionality, reports, and dashboards)
  • Prepare and execute regular data loads into Anaplan while authoring and validating test plans, scripts, and conducting results analysis
  • Ad-hoc report production
  • Develop a deep understanding in all aspects of the sales business and leverage that knowledge to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures
  • Creation, distribution and updating of all relevant systems' training materials
  • Provide systems administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data management, and report creation in coordination with Sales Operations groups
  • Collect feedback from the team for process and system enhancement requests
  • Work closely with international teams to drive process optimization and training


Skills: 
  • High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on tough projects in order to support growth of the business.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales operations / systems administration experience
  • MS Office Power User (Primarily Excel & Power Point)
  • SFDC Administrator Certification a must (proficiency with Data Loader crucial)
  • Anaplan model-building experience a definite plus
  • Excellent presentation skills (planned and ad-hoc)
  • Familiarity with SFDC app-exchange tools (particularly best-in-class sales enablement tools)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization.
  • Ability to understand end-user systems issues and capable of applying solutions to remedy accordingly


Employee Referral Program:

We are hiring !
The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
