Sr. Sales Operations Analyst (SFDC)
We have following urgent role with our DIRECT client
Title: Sr. Sales Operations Analyst (SFDC)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Duties: This position will be responsible for the maintenance and innovation of all client's sales operations systems (SFDC, Anaplan, etc) in support of all sales finance initiatives.
We're looking for an experienced sales operations/finance professionals with the following must-have qualities:
Remarkable history of building cross-functional relationships across, sales, finance and product organizations
Highly motivated self-starter
The ideal candidate is an innately organized person who's excited about being on the cutting edge of enabling data, research, pipeline analysis and loves to find new and innovative ways to leverage best-in-class technology to achieve that end. Candidates must have the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new strategies, products and requests. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments including sales, fields operations, marketing, operations, finance, product, and IT to support the rollout and continued optimization of sales operation functions.

The Employee referral bonus is $500 per referral after the new full-time employee successfully completes 90 days.
The referral bonus for hourly contractor is $250 after the completion of 90 days.
However, managers who have hiring/team building as part of regular management duties are not eligible in the program.
