We are urgently looking to fill following position with our Direct client

TITLE:  Program Manager - IT Infrastructure
LOCATION: San Jose, CA ( preferred) OR  Wayne, PA or Tulsa, OK  
DURATION: 6+ months  
Rate: DOE

Desired Skills and Experience
  • A technical and/or business background with project / program management experience in multiple / large scale / global  IT infrastructure and/or security projects
  • 5+ years' experience in the planning and delivery of complex technical projects (in particular large scale / global customer deployments or similar
  • 5+ years' experience in business transformation projects changing organisations work practices through technology
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant Project Management experience in IT environment
  • Formal Project Management qualification in PRINCE2 or PMI is highly desirable, encompassing experience in the application of Programme / Project Management standards, techniques and processes
  • Third level qualification in IT or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in the on-time, on-budget delivery of project within the IT Services industry
  • Define, own, plan and scope IT  Infrastructure and Security projects for the company including  LAN, IT Network, Communication, 3rd party cloud products integration, ServiceNow etc
  • Manage Infrastructure and Security projects with project management responsibility for multi-disciplinary teams
  • Agree specifications, high level functionality, impact analyses and process changes in conjunction with the Business owners
  • Document project terms of reference for the project including background, scope, objectives, assumptions and critical success factors
  • Manage project risks and issues actively in line with risk and issue management procedures
  • Enforce change control in line with change management procedures
  • Manage the deployment of the project within agreed time-scales and budget
  • Monitor and control project and report on back on issues, dependences, risks, time lines and budgets
  • Ensure the systems and solutions delivered meet the strategic direction of the company as well as meeting the business needs
  • Involve functional/technical expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies
  • Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities
  • Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project, including vendor interfaces
  • Conduct post implementation review of project
