We have following urgent role with our DIRECT client.
 
Title: Technical Product Manager - HR Systems / Performance Evaluation
Location: San Bruno, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: Market / DOE

 Requirements include: 
  • 4+ years of experience driving product vision and leading a team to deploy innovative technology solutions in enterprise tools / HR systems
  • BA/BS in Engineering/CS/EE or a related technical discipline a plus. 
  • Proven successful experience in technical product management -- from start to launch. 
  • Candidate ideally has Enterprise Internal tools product management experience & worked with third party vendors to customize solutions to the corporate environment that serve thousands of employees.
  • Candidate will be technical product manager for client's implementation of "Betterworks integration" inclusive of user front end features, system integration, and reporting aspects.
  • Candidate will collect internal requirements from wide range of client's stakeholders across Bay Area/Bentonville and other locations to synthesize them to technical features/capabilities for Betterworks to implement. 
  • Candidate should exhibit very strong ability to synthesize requirements, understand teams unique way of working, find common usage patterns / different usage patterns across teams yet be able to converge on common solutions that will scale. 
  • Candidate will ensure that any solutions that Betterworks provides exceeds Walmart org expectations.
  • Candidate will be able to drive engagement with Betterworks to ensure that there is a mutually agreed upon roadmap/delivery plan.
  • Candidate will provide regular communication on status, requirements,issues and capable of presenting to senior leaders.
