Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.

Cleint  is seeking a Documentation Specialist to manage and develop materials in accordance with the organization’s strategy and objectives. This role will be focused on designing and maintaining high quality documents, presentations and materials for the Sales organization (business and sales executives).


Responsibilities
• Communicate complex ideas in a visually compelling manner and bring data to life through visual representation
• Create visual process workflows
• Create/modify step-by-step instructions on Sales-facing materials
• Create/maintain organizational charts for the Sales organization
• Design PowerPoint presentations for multi-purpose use and for a variety of audiences. Presentations may include corporate strategy, financial updates, process/policy changes, etc.
• Partner with the Training team to maintain/update policies, processes and documents on our Intranet
• Partner with Legal to create/maintain legal documents such as contract templates, terms & conditions, written policies, etc.

Minimum Qualifications –

• Experience with the following tools/software:
• Microsoft Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel (required)
• Adobe software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat (required)
• Workflow software: Microsoft Visio and/or Lucidchart (required)
• Intranet/Content Management System (CMS)/Publishing: SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager (these two platforms preferred, other CMS experience OK)
• Strong design/desktop publishing skills and operational mindset
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills – ability to design for financial information, strategy and operational updates
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build out workflows/processes based on raw input
• Adept at designing client-facing documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with taking presentation content and transforming into well-designed slides. Must understand the information that is being articulated and how to best illustrate the information.
