Role - Design Validation Engineer
Location -Flanders, NJ
 Duration: 3 to 6+ months CTH
Rate: DOE

Staff Engineer-Design Validation

Skills: C#.Net, ASP.Net and Testing experience. Willing to work as both Tester [80% of the total time], Dev [20% of the total time]



• Relatively 6-7 years of Software development & testing experience preferably in Medical Domain.

• Skills and experience on Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, .Net Framework.

• Able to grab Instrument logs for initial analysis of defect/Error found during daily work run.

• Responsible for analyzing customer’s work profile and generate different work profiles which includes different combinations of Immunoassay and Chemistry analyzer tests by extensive use of Visual Studio 2015 Professional Edition, C# .Net language. These work profiles are being used for volume runs on Advanced Diagnostics Analyzers platform which are close with Customer’s daily routine workload.

• Able to write and execute regression test cases

• Able to write and execute Validation protocol.

• Able to run daily workflows on Diagnostics Instruments which includes

o Perform Daily Maintenance on Diagnostics Analyzers

o Ensures all assays have valid calibrations in place and execute calibration as necessary

o Evaluate and execute system performance using quality control (QC) materials on a subset of methods.

o Ensuring sufficient system materials (e.g. system fluids, calibrators, controls, reagents, etc.) are loaded essential for execution of tests.

o Running large volume of samples (Routine + STAT) daily with different specimen types (Serum/Plasma/Urine) and different size of sample tubes supported by Advanced Diagnostics Analyzers platform.

Medical Technologist
• Relatively 7-8 years of experience in Healthcare\Medical Domain.
• Past Experience as Medical Technologist or biochemist or relative experience in Hospital/Diagnostics Labs.
• Able to run daily workflows on Diagnostics Instruments which includes
o Perform Daily Maintenance on Diagnostics Analyzers
o Ensures all assays have valid calibrations in place and execute calibration as necessary
o Evaluate and execute system performance using quality control (QC) materials on a subset of methods.
o Ensuring sufficient system materials (e.g. system fluids, calibrators, controls, reagents, etc.) are loaded essential for execution of tests.
o Running large volume of samples (Routine + STAT) daily with different specimen types (Serum/Plasma/Urine) and different size of sample tubes supported by Advanced Diagnostics Analyzers platform.
o Ensuring successful completion of daily volume runs on both Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay Analyzers for various tests which includes
 Photometric tests
 Turbidimetric tests
 Therapeutic drug tests
 Electrolyte tests by using Integrated multisensory technology (IMT)
 Thyroid disease tests
 Cardiac markers tests
 Infectious disease tests, etc.
o Set HIL - Hemolysis (H), Icterius (I) and Lipemic (L) on the instrument to ensure system
• Able to write and execute Validation Protocols
• Ability to interact with Customer\End User.
